I am a folk herbalist, nature lover, and native plant enthusiast rooted in relationship with the land, plants, trees, flowers, and animals living on Acjachemen and Chumash land. My work continues to be shaped by the living communities of San Diego and Orange Counties, and by an ongoing practice of listening, learning, and tending relationship with the natural world.
I specialize in creating rare botanical and herbal resins, oils, butters, and salves that support skin health, meditation, and care for the body, mind, and spirit. My work also honors the historical, spiritual, and ceremonial uses of plant resins.

My herbal education includes study at the GAIA School of Healing with Marysia Myrnowska and Sage Mauer, along with two years of field work with Shana Lipner Grover at Sage Country Herbs. I have also studied at Green Wisdom Long Beach with Julie James and at the Herbal Medics Academy with Sam and Suchil Coffman.
I love being part of the San Diego community and have been a proud member of United Plant Savers since 2020.
